If you are traveling to the Methow Valley for health support, life transition, or some TLC, reserve one of our seven cozy 2-bedroom homes for a few days, a few weeks, or more! The Sunflower Resort and the Methow Valley Wellness Center are on the same property.

The Wellness Center in Winthrop offers a welcoming community of healing professionals and a tranquil and supportive environment. Dr. Sierra’s heart-centered approach to wellness and healing empowers each person to discover their path to health. I have been going to Methow Valley Wellness Center since its inception in 1997. All four of my children have also been using MVWC services since baby/toddlerhood, and now my grandchildren have also been helpd. Through the years, their services have been invaluable. The space is so welcoming and comfortable - homey, even. I have been fortunate to use their mindfulness, hormonal treatments, massage, Hellerwork, counseling, IV therapy, and extensive diagnostic support with blood work and outside radiology referrals. The Center has always been super responsive in my family's times of health or spiritual crisis.
